Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy is in effect for three days, beginning on the day of delivery. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if three days have passed since your delivery.
When you receive the package, kindly record an unboxing video and let us know right away if anything is broken or missing.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please email us right away at support@electromix.in with an unboxing video and pictures of the damaged or defective merchandise if you receive a broken or defective item.

 

  • Replacement or Refund: In the event that an item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund along with return instructions.
  • Items that have been mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned in any case.To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returns within the specified time frame.

 

  • Refund Procedure: We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

 

  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Note: Refund will be provided after deducting actual shipping charges(s) paid by the company.

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they are packaged and sent.

Order Undelivered/RTO: In the event that a customer error results in an order becoming undelivered or returned undeliverable, we will not be able to send out COD orders to the same client in the future. If the order is prepaid, the shipping cost(s) will be subtracted before issuing the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact Us: To initiate a exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@electromix.in. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the return exchange.
  • Approval: After reviewing your request, our customer service staff will advise you on the following stages. Please do not return any things until approved. NOTE: Items are only replaced in the event that they are faulty or damaged. ship us an email at support@electromix.in and ship your item to Electro Store Shop if you need to exchange it for the same item.

  • When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
  • The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.
  • You should think about using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance if you are shipping an item that costs more than Rs. 1000. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.
